blew my knee out at the end of last season resulting in me not being able to play paintball for a few months.

Also slipped a disc in my lower back the year before at work, moving a computer monitor onto a desk. Wierd, and very painful.

Tore a ligament and chipped a bone in my right ankle last summer on a stag-weekend in Edinburgh (paintballing!), proceeded to play a further two M25 tournaments before being told by my Doctor that I need to stop or my ankle will fall off.

Slid badly during our second game at Toulouse this year (I think I was so shocked that I'd managed to make it into the 50 snake against our Pro draw that I forgot to plant my feet properly) and tore 3 ligaments in my left ankle, plus "traumatised" the achilles tendon (whatever that means).

Upon going to the physio this year, was told not only is my left foot in a bad way, but the injuries from last year haven't healed and that in a way, I'm lucky to be walking, but also that if it wasn't for all the paintballing I do, my ankles would probably have snapped off long ago (due to a congenital joint defect I have).

Someone is telling me I should slow down...

Regular little scrapper aren't you Glen?:p

Is your regular fighting related at all to small person syndrome? Where small people are scientifically proven to have a presdisposition to fighting those bigger than themselves. For no reason other than to distract others from their diminutive size.

;) :p

You wanna fight?

Come on, the first one was completely 50:50 until the fcukers got the stairs involved. Hard I maybe, but bouncers and stairs no chance.
