I'm sorry but please as stated in my sig can all questions etc be mailed to me, that way I can log everything.

All, I will never post specific prices on P8ntballer so please don't ask, it takes as long to mail me as it does to post. I will be updating my site and will include all the prices on there, please appreciate Alpha is not my main job/source of income and I cannot dedicate as much time to it as I'd like.

Thanks,

Paul

Don't they have to be adjusted off the gun, or something silly like that???

Anyway my MacDev is the muts nuts, very nice!

Havn't seen the AKA's so can't comment, the WGP's that I have used have been consistent but I don't like the way they adjust.

Air America Vigilante was mega consitant and reliable even on CO2, just unfortunatly looked like poo!!!

Max-Flo vertical, consistent but too bl00dy huge!!!

Hmmm now you mention it... although I'm sure I could adjust mine, but then it was a while ago and I've damaged my brain since then lol :D

Ah well, main point being that the black magic is the same internally as the ergo reg not the standard reg.

Toole, Sorry mate, I would go end Edit but Ian quoted me .......:)

Paul, does a Sidewinder use a "choke" type system to regulate air? Someone told me this and I find it hard to believe.

Sidewinders are usually very consistent, although the one I use on my cocker had a "break in" phase before it settled down. On an Excaliber i owned, it was good within about 8 fps for most shots, with the occasional greater deviation that I attribute to paint size inconsistency.

Gen-X is basically a Vigilante, and they both work well. My Gen-X was good for about a 5 fps range around 230 psi, but got less precise farther from that pressure.

The Max-flo has always let me down. Big, clunky, and accurate within about a 25 fps range. I was surprised and disappointed.

Torpedo Regs, from Bob Long, which you in Europe probably seldom see (the reg, not Bob), are sometimes very good, sometimes useless. I have one that I can't get to give consitent pressure at all. They are very easy to rebuild, though. My teammates use them and love them. Maybe mine's just a lemon, but man does it suck.

Gladiators have treated me well, as have Centerflag regs. I was told that Centerflag have the highest flow rate, but that could be idle gossip.
