Im 14 and i do a paper-round from Monday-saturday and get £25 a week sure its a pain and basiclly every morning i wake up and think "Fvck this".
I myself thought of selling sweets at school and i did do that for a while untill i went to france around 2 years ago and brought about £30 worth of French bangers (Little Fireworks) and sold them all for about £70. Sadly one of the last people i sold them too was a bit of a knob and ended up flashing it to his mates and a teacher saw it and it all came back to me and i ended up getting a 2hour afterschool detention for it (Was going to get suspended but lucky they never found any bangers on me ;))

Anyway £25 a week means in a month i can normally go 'balling around 1-2 times which is fine for me :D

everyone else who sells at my school is selling chocolate, crisps and all that so i realised as its getting a little warmer people will want a drink!
im getting around £40 a week

I am struggling the comprehend how free enterprise has suddenly, apparently, become illegal? Is this being confused with 'against school policy/rules'?

If buying wholesale and selling retail then how does every High Street retailer, corner shop, mobile caterer, etc., etc., survive without being banged up all the time.

Now, if the items were, fireworks, knives, guns, fags, alcohol, drugs etc. I would understand.

Just sell crack instead, way better profits to be made and a dependable customer base

No, seriously don't sell crack, drugs are bad.

Because you're technically running a business without declaring your income to the inland revenue. All of the business described above are (or should be) declaring themselves as a business and keeping in check all of the business-y type stuff that they ask you to.

And yes, it against any school policy to trade on site without their permission.

At least that's what I've always been taught.
