modding shells

i saw a modded halo shell in rasta colours and got thinking.....

had a couple of clear shell lying about, so i got to work.

turned a clear halo shell metalic blue and an egg metalic green.

sprayed clear coat to finish, all spraying done on inside, looks sweet

anyone else done this, same or different

post pic soon, lets see wots out there

Pretty cool methinks....I should start doing them!

Prefer teh Blue tho...green isn't my colour...unless its money, but then, we dont have any green notes...so I guess pink is nice...I like pink ones...had a budle of them, not 48 hours ago...still, they say getting married is worth it...

nicely done mate and i dont want to piss on your chips so to speak but when i sprayed some shells i noticed that the paint that got inside had a tendancy to come off and attach itself to the paintballs and work its way through your marker.

im sure the clear layer you put on will stop this but just a heads up bud

i did the halo first without the clear coat and it did indeed flake off, but the clear coat did stop it in the eggy.

will see how good it is over time.


like the fade one dude is sweet, that will be my next project wen i get some more shells, wanna do yello to blue, or black to blue.
