Autocockers aren't that hard... look over that site, refer to pbnation's cocker section or this site's tech section, and you will be fine. It is part of the mystique that there is some great complexity... there is a minor complexity, I guess. The best thing to do is start messing with autocockers that are messed up already. Eventually, you will fix it.

cockers are fairly simple once you have built a couple, but id like to get some kind of certification to say that i know what im doing.

I think the mobile tech. is a good idea.

You could pop around the country when teams are running a training day. Would suggest you have a "booking" system, cause you will end up with loads of markers and not enough time.

Why would one need a trailer to do this? A good sized tool box and a folding chair and table with raised edges would work for less money, right?

I wonder about how fast you could fix things. That would have a direct bearing on whether or not this makes financial sense.
