negative, the said terrorist is obviously highly skilled in undercover stealth assault techniques and possibly theatrically trained, a disguise of such calibre can mean only one thing....these guys are pros and have are probably stealing to order.

i will continue running the images through MI6 and CI5 recognition databases in a vien attempt to unravel the true identity...

One question, have you checked the vehichle for possible traces of DNA? judging by the look of the suspect i'd suggest starting at the canines sphincteral region.
