mini v1.4 board

i have read something some were that 1.3 boards are tourny legal 10.5 is that correct.

i think the 1.3 boards will go down to 10.5, but you will need to adjust the bip setting.

How do i go around getting one of these and any idea on price??

BPS goes down to 8. and has 10.5

isn't it that just a couple of parameters have been changed? Dont think its that different to 1.2 (Im just guessing to be fair)
