by the poppet do you mean the brass part if so is it the o-ring at the back or the one on the end that needs to be lubed

dave here snetterton 2x mini i sure its u spoke to u sunday u had daughter with you
i know im new to piantballing but 14 years as injection blowmould technician, machines and tooling, mini are very simple to me, i also have 3 sets standard repiar seals included with new mini,
im sure if u bring your gun to snetterton on sunday we can sort it if its sortable with standard repair kit, i can also swap bits from my mini to locate problem (swap bolt guide and or bolt) hopefully sort yours
i am at norwich were are u maybe we can sort before sunday as not lose playing time
u shouldnt be to far as u often at snetterton

hi dave im not sure about sunday if i will be there or not but probaly will be, im going to buy one of those spares kit i told you about on sunday hopefully if we both have a look at it we can we should be able to do some thing about it if not i have spoken to kee about getting it serviced by there techs we cant sort it ourselfs thanks for the offer of help the more help the merrier
just got half way to snetterton , freelander wont pull past 70 feels like ****, pull in layby steam crap, top up water car wont start, wait 15 mins get started smoking out exhaust bit steam under bonnet so turn round headed home, made it home car running better buy time i home just been out now cooled off, i guessing i no mechanic head gasket

no mate still leaking like a sieve, i replaced all the o-rings the gasket in between the the bady the poppet even swapped the bolt and spring still no joy tryed my mates bolt and bolt guide and worked fine so i think there is something wrong with my bolt guide will have to send off to kee might need a new bolt guide but it should not cost as much as your car to fix fingers crossed so it looks like i will have to go begging for a gun for the next time i play

let me know next time u ggoing or want to play, if i have no m8 arranged on my spare gun u welcome, its free 90% of the time, looking at going wednesday night,but doubt i have a free gun as i need to get a lift there
1 my mini was returned new bolt guide at fault, tip of it scaffed and worn away , black coating well gone metal was showing ,air leaked here
how long u had the new modified bolt in it, if u going to have any chance of cheap or free fix from kee i keep quiet of bolt upgrade is there any evidence of wear on bolt guide? this also caused wear on inside of bolt aswell or was it bolt at fault caused wear on bolt guide
had 1 qoute for car £700 lol got a m8 of a m8 coming round anytime now hopefully cost will go down

the bolt had been in for about 30 seconds and had never been fired so was not the new bolt at fault plus the new bolt is plastic, and also i bought the gun second hand and there is quite a bit of wear on the tip of the bolt guide when i send it to kee i will replace the stock board and the detents as well as the bolt kust incase they dont want to look at it with these in it

im expecting them to say its my fault which is fine i just want to get it fixed as long as it doesnt cost more than £100 including the postage there and back
