I believe its the top 6 division 1 teams that get promoted to spl and obviously bottom 6 in spl get relegated.

So where is this information coming from? And what about Roster locks too? The rules specifically say "in 2006 only" yet everyone seems to be under the assumption that similiar rules apply to this season!

What can and can't we do?

Or do we just approach the Millennium privately to get answers and it is every man for himself?
