It's a natural reaction to "spin" when one is being hunted down especially when you are the last guy left.
Alot of the time when people come to bunker him/her they panic and "spin" on them despite he got hit in his back.
Therefor it's a one for one penalty.
And if he is in fact last player left that means his team start with 4 players to carry over the one for one.
The best way to master not "spinning" is to use real bullets instead of paintballs there for a traumatic wound will put the player down.
Or...we can use electricity panels like off the movie "starship troopers" on the training scene where Johnny RICO gets awarded squat leader as a result to his back flip show off move. (random fact, that scene was filmed in SC village)
