Got this answer at the captains meeting in toulouse.
Since everything was decided at the meetin in january they wont even consider discussing it.

Well, this wasn't decided by the team owners. We did not have the chance to vote for this at the meeting. It was brought up, but the decision was already made by the people in charge of the Millennium. (At least for the SPL)
The dates of roster locks were can I find that information. Looked at the 2006 rules and MS home page. And I cant find it anywhere.
I think the CPL is already locked, and that SPL teams need to register players latest 2 days prior to Maxs.
Also, I believe that players have to have PLAYED one of the first 2 events, to be eligble for play on a CPL or SPL team!
As for Div. 1 and 2 - is there even a roster lock??

I think the div 1 och 2 is locked after three tournament. But I have heared some rumers about that.

From an email from ulric it stated that you could only play for one team in a season and you cant change team or division
