Chris may i suggest when you speak to them ask them to put it in writing as someone i know rang and spoke to them only to be told when he checked in it was not possible to take his marker with him

sounds like a good idea mate think i will get onto them next week, try get something in writing i can show to them at airport if we get stopped.
