For the sake of accuracy...
PSP Open in 2007 was two 16-minute halves with running-clock timeouts for the first 11 minutes of each half. NXL was 25-minute halves with running clock for the first 20 minutes.
D2 and D3 are 15 minute stop-clock. D2 was race to 7 and D3 was race to 5.

umm chris they went back to 25 min halves in the NXL??? I am almost positive there 20 min halves.
Playing the PSP format on the PSP X ball fields, not the "M" fields would certainly get my vote. It is amazing what a difference playing on a proper PSP field with the "pins" and the X makes - as learnt at the World Cup !!

You are correct, Boogie. With the non-franchise expansion in '06 they shortened the match times to 20 minute halves.
For the sake of accuracy.

EDIT ADDED: Leigh, expect a few changes at the NXL level that will likely have some impact on PSP as well. Depending on the extent of the those changes ...
Haha! There are so many times when I've been in the Odyssey just wishing that we could play some skirmish games around that place!
The thing i always think is ... one format straight through EVERYWHERE.
Now choosing that format would be a killer. I know as I've read some these replies and got bored.
But honestly the amount of people that go, "Wha?" when you try and explain that sometimes theres 7 men instead of 5 men and sometimes you get 52 games in a day rather than 9 is ridiculous.
One format. Multination field design so if 1 event runs it (say the PSP). The whole world use's the same for that month.
It would help the European teams make the transition into America Globalising the sport as we all know it even more.
