Microswitch onto stock ego board?

Something to consider: the anti-bounce algorithms employed by the Ego are designed to work with an analogue trigger signal and will not function as intended with the digital signal from a microswitch. On previous attempts that we have come across, the only way to stop the modified board from bouncing was to make the trigger really heavy, which kind of defeats the purpose, however please don't let that deter you from tinkering.

The trigger has a grub screw that tightens onto the pin, then the pin can rotate freely in the frame, but not come out as it's held in sideways by the trigger... or something like that.

The screws that hold the board in are M2.5 x 5 capscrews, I found some on ebay a while back that were a bit long but once cut to length their ideal. M2.5 seems to be used on radio controlled cars, think i've still got 3 or 4 around here if your struggling to get them.

The trigger pin should rotate with the trigger, however there seems to be a slight issue with eblade and early ego trigger pins (not sure about later ones). The plating gets rubbed off the pin and it rusts causing sticky strigger syndrome, if your pin is rusted let me know as i've made a few stainless steal ones which hopefully won't corrode
