Microsoft... are they really that bad?

nah cause u pay like 250-300 for a console and then after a year it breaks, but i have no problem of it being fixed for free

only prob i'd have with that is the few days without playing whilst its fixed bet they get a few thousand each day to fix

yer, but to be fair they shouldnt make a console that they know is gunna brake, hense installing red flashing lights on it, o well, i just sent the order form thorugh so they can come pic it up and fix it

My xbox broke twice in the first 6 months of me having it. The motherboard warped one of the times and the other time im not sure why.
It also cracked my gears of war inside it so i had to buy another, and do not say i left it on the floor etc, it didn't come out the xbox for months
I blame gears of war and how addictive it was, i didnt want to turn it of at night.
But it should be made to put up with that
