Mech Bounce on a shocker.

Hey folks I got a 05 vision shocker with CP roller bearing trigger and nerve board with a whole helping of mech bounce.

The triggerpull I got is really loose but with loads of pull and little magnetic tension but if I slam the back of the bottle it will fire...9/10 times.

Now even with the magnet in all the way to give quite a stiff pull it will still fire with a dunt to the back of the bottle.

How can I make this legal and still keep a light long trigger pull?

Adjust the firing point of your trigger to the centre of the trigger pull, rather than having it right at the start of the pull.

thanks rob dude, but my trigger pull is actually right at the end of the trigger pull....still the same principle tho?

Check your velocity LPR etc (do they have one?) to make sure you are getting as little kick as possible...I dont think they really belt the bottle, isnt it a gentle slap, like you would to your mrs, if you still wanted dinner for the next few days, but still wanted to be a bit saucy??

hmm am sure I can get away with a gentle slap but it does fire if its junted a little bit more than a casual spank...

Do they have amagnet screw, that the trigger operates from, liek teh Ions do...if you wind that ina bit, will give a slightly stronger pull on teh magnets...difficult one really...

Ive just broke the damn thing.. Grip screws a 1/4 turn too tight and fooked the noid board...feck.

Board problem

If its a single sided or double sided board, it can be fixed no probs.



Trigger problem

Speed 05's had that problem, and they put a fibre washer either side of the trigger pivot pin, which rubbed the trigger and body slightly, causing a damping effect.
