max flow air system

I have just bought a 4500 psi air system from smart parts.
Ive had a problem in get my air bottle above 3000 psi.The dive tank was suppose to be filled to 300 bar. has anyone got any ideas. im a paint muncher and strugglin to finish a game with my imp. Thinking of buying a blow pipe

Yes thats what i ordered i was told it better than the 3k

Does it stop exactly on 3k, just before, just after?
