Wether it'd be possible to use one of these fans reliably I don't know, but all you'd need to test it would be one of the fans and a battery box from Maplins.

nice one mate, weve been lookin fo more after our supply started charging more. all our boys ware 2 of these and they are like air conditioning for ur eyes.
