As you all know when you start a match, you countdown 3-2-1 then go, now if you are in the middle of contact there is a good chance you are gonna be shot. Sometimes the maps are small enough to get shot from the other starting position.

Are there any good places to stand in order for this to not happen?

Right sorry so your a marshal that works on a sight. I head marshal at a sight and after a while you lurne where to stand on each specific field. In my case somethings it's no good being on the side line of a field because you need to see all the action thats going on it all rely depends on your sights fields and how they play. If you need some more information i am sure someone on here will be will to give grate advice or try a surch as there are many threads about this.

Hi JL2k [Halloween reference is it?]

I was a ref in Oztralia for many years and looked after punter groups and some tournament games as well.
You will get shot-simple as that. Grin and bear it.
Reffing punter games is all about looking after the groups, making sure they are happy and buy more paintballs. Thus your field makes money and keeps you in a job.
Smile and look after the punters, they will ask stupid questions-get used to it.
Remind them to keep their goggles on all the time.

Have fun and look after them.
