Dude, can you take a photo of the marker next the box showing the serial number as proof.

o yes, and it was brand new as the seller stated, i had to take sum bits out of plastic wrapping and have yet to cut down the macro line to a desired length.

i didnt want to show my serial number but u can see the end of it on the warranty card....

It's legal as long as you only have semi selected, (1 pull 1 shot).
The legality of fire modes other than semi auto is no where near as cut and dry as you are making it out to be. Have you actually looked into the relevant legislation, checked to see whether it has been tested in a court, etc? Or are you just regurgitating something you heard somewhere, and passing it off as fact?
but as a legal requirement, semi will only be allowed on walkon sites....Check with your site operator before getting banned from the site;)
Not entirely true. Most sites' insurance requires them to only allow semi, not the law.
