Pricing Royalmail Airsure's a nightmare as there's lots of factors to add in, and you need to have an accurate packed weight. As an example a 2kg parcel sent Airsure costs £31.72 + £7.80 insurance cover (up to £500) = £39.52

The maximum weight you can send via Airsure is 2kg by the way

I used the online price finder for airsure and checked the price for a 2kg parcel insured up to £150 and it gave me a price of £30.96. I thought it included insurance at that price. Please let me know if I need to send a bit more to cover insurance fees.
