Marker Warranty=wothless Pt2

after using my recently repaired ion at the uk masters at skirmish leicester were after one pot and half a hopper it stopped working again!!! this is the marker fresh from sp that cost me £50 to get sorted.
a friend took it down to sp to get sorted again,which i thought fine i now just paid a further £20 to get it back after being told that the battery was not the right one and the dwell was too low to cycle the valve.!!!!
yes i did change the battery after i replaced the 2nd one sp put incos the marker switched itself but surely their tech dept should have set the dwell properly to make sure this out of the box marker does work out of the box

so ten quid postage and TEN QUID TO CHANGE A BATTERY I MEAN DAYLIGHT ROBBERY OR WHAT.

now im no sp hater but i feel like im beeing turned into one so far this marker has cost me nearly half its retail price in repairs and postage and all its had is 300 balls throgh it

so if anyone wants a practically brand new ion with all the goodies check the classifieds

AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THANK GOG FOR THOSE COMPANIES WHO RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS

YAY! come on over to the dark side of all SP haters....they suck and quality, and I've only really owned angels, be smart go for WDP and never have a problem again, I've never had a problem with any of my angels AT ALL! except lil things which take a minute to repair literally

You shot 300 balls through it fine, then it magically turns the dwell down.

Neill you've had more than enough offers from Jimmy to look at it, they're not Smart Part techs for nothing.

Its how these shops make money. Do things for free and everyone will be coming in expecting free services.
I had to pay £25 for the whole eblade eye kit when all i was missing was an eye cover screw when I sent it in to be put on my evo, although I thought it was a rip off at the time, I realise they have to do these things else they'll have no money!!!

An old battery and low dwell isnt faulting the warranty, so I dont think you can have a moan about this one.

Mate, I know a lot of guns are better than angels, but it's how I feel it's at! what you think I do when I go to a tournament? ask JnR1981 he knows, me...play? you're joking I just walk upto random people and say "can I have a go?" lol, angels are my favourite, simple, reliable, and quick all the things I need, and they're moderately accurate when at a low bps rate

****ty bit of luck you had there matey.
No offence, but as you are an Ion owner and all, when it konks out on you, you should take the time to check things like dwell yourself. I know SP shouldn't have sent it back with too low a dwell, but still you should have checked.

It's odd to hear of someone with Ion troubles really. They've been out for a little while now and not much has come up about them.
