I wonder if your sear is in good condition. I had a Piranha (similar build to the Spyder) and the sear wore out after a while. This caused the marker to rapid fire as if it was out of gas (with a full tank). Just a thought.

Your new o-rings are loose or your existing ones?

You need to make sure you have the right spyder spares kit for the spyder you have.

Newer and older spyders have different o-ring sizes and types.

joe bob. theres no way co2 bottle o rings will work throughout your marker (unless spyders are designed like that and i'm fairly sure they arent. you really need a spares kit for it mate. they arent that expensive and usually last for ages. its the only way to kep your marker running sweet.

$400 stock or $450 for the college "freshman" package from www.e-paintballoutlet.com. This package comes with a new trigger and a low pressure reg (increases efficiency and consistency) and some other upgrades. You can run CO2 through them with no problem so you don't have to spend another $200 on an HPA system unless you want to.

you may also want to look into used Imps, they can be had for relatively cheap prices. go to www.impulseownersgroup.com for all of the info you'll ever need on Impys.
