Another great day cheers Panic attack (these boys are so Fkin helpfull if you want to improve your game you need to get on down and train with us) Big up for Exodus these boyz are really improving and fast great to see the attacking play, big thanks to No excuse these guys also great to play against and big up for benfrain and his mates , who all really ripped it up, plus anyone i forgot to mention ,

We had 24 people playing throughout the day , just great

Thanks to all the manc extreme boyz for helpin to clean and put away the field , we will see you all at the so manc training camp at Winsford next sunday
