Classic MiT post.The choice of your bunkers depends entirely on what faction you are? SWG EMPs are pretty lethal however the Lazer general does more damage (although) no splash effect occurs. AFG bunkers are very much useless; and all Firebases are prone to close quarter fighting. China bunkers are also very expensive, although the mines they provide do come in handy even after the bunker is destroyed but having to fill them with troops is a negative tactic unless the bunker is built is an offensive position (usually alongside a WF/AD exit point). The GLA's Rocket silos are also bad on economy especially when Tunnel Networks are so robust in both offence and defence.
Just make sure if your not GLA you have enough power to subsidise your consumption. A good player wouldn't necessarily use bunkers unless they were to do a resource drop in the enemies base.
