BUT i have just thought of a micro glass sealant, i have some in the garage i use on top paying jobs. now i bet this stuff would make a difference, not on the inside of a barrel. but a bolt

with the amount of burrs and rough maching inside dye guns it could well make them run a bit better.
i think i may have started a mini polishing revolution here 
i wasnt aiming for the kind like finish on the inside of my barrels that would rival the polishing job done on the hubble telescope mirror. but a light polish just to help the balls along a bit better.
I was mostly just worried about making the gun not work by polishing stuff, but if i cant technically break it, ill prob give it a go this weekend and report back.
and OH YEAH HE DID!!!

Just remember to get all the brasso off again before you put it back togehter.
Grinding paste and solenoid do not make a good combination.
Hmm now that I think about it, the potential for breaking things vastly outweighs any potential improvement. No matter how badly dye finish their guns internally.

im a newbie to this but im not soft
i am well aware that brasso is not a substitue for lubricant, and will be thoroughly polished off before being reassembled
I am newbies here and also in this games. who ones could suggest me what is really the best polisher to buy for my guns? And i am not really good in dismantling just to clean up, takes me a couple of hours to do it..is anyone i can go to, just for clean up?
