are you copying an exsisting one or designing your own?
bare in mind that it will have to take repetative strokes
and not bend in use, aren't normal metal triggers made out of aircraft grade aluminuim?

Sounds like a good idea for a project You'll need to make sure you replicate the part of the trigger inside the frame exactly though, to ensure it fits and works as desired.

Had a suggestion from ahdinko, instead of once piece of metal use 3 then press them together so it is easier to make.
