This is Nick Brockdorff, sitting in the Madrid hotel where "someone" forgot to log out of his P8ntballer account :D:D

Anyway - CD did amazingly well despite the help they had - bare in mind Avalanche have been unable to beat XSV all year, so CD doing it with 2 Avalanche players is quite a feat - especially as it has been ages since a European team won a major (not counting the RL who are in a whole different league than everyone else).

Hopefully they´ll be able to prove the sceptics wrong next year with a full roster of their own.

CD!!

Well you know what?

XSV had 7 Us world class players so what CD did was amazing! Glenn and Dave is 2 of the best players in the world for sure. But the real benifit comes from field walking and confidence.

Congrats to CD for a fantastic result!!

Thanks Glen and Dave for playing with us. It has been very enjoyable. Oh, and at the end of the day a team consists of seven players.

Thanks Nick.

Sure does Johan, well done mate, you finally got what you have desired the most.
I don't think anybody in Paintball has wanted that first place pro more than you.
It's all downhill from hereonin :)

Nice Result CD.

I know you guys were worried about stepping up after last season, but it looks like you've really made a massive step forward.

Well Done!

Nexus didn't play and Ton Tons did indeed play with a full team this time around. However they got spanked and didn't make Sunday afternoon.

Hehe..... Like the fact that your signature hasn´t changed a single bit yet Jeff - must be something about it then! :D

Anyway - someone asked how Kellys did - they came 3rd after beating Dagnir Dae in the "loosers bracket" in the finals..... They played really well all weekend from what I saw!

Vision won over Bullets in the final, after one Vision guy definately pulled some magic tricks down his sleeve in that last game - he was alone against 2 Bullets players (guess in fact it was actually 3?), but still pushed and pushed and finally took one of them out in the back corner, while standing on the 50 and then ran down and bunkered the last guy - RESPECT!

All in all it was a nice event - the schedule ran smoothly, weather was perfect, the site was well set up, etc. etc. etc.....

Congratulations to all the winners - and even some of the loosers, for really playing their hearts out - see you all next year! :)
