Macro/Micro Line?

micro line is simply a small diameter version of macro line, it is not rated to as high a pressure as macroline if i remember correctly.

macro line is the hose that connects your asa to your inline.

the hose on the front end of cockers, in egos, timmies, ions etc is low pressure hose.

i havnt seen microline used in paintball for at least 8+ years....and i do remember hearing the odd story of it going pop!

just checked 2 markers i had with me to see.PM5 = large internal bore in the line.ION= small internal bore in the line.I havnt noticed this before.

Not meaning to thread hijeck on this but my question is sort of a followup to this one.

I'm thinking of removing my angel air and going for a standard reg and asa setup. two quick questions:

Are there and advantages of running macroline over say braided hose?

How do you fit the macroline onto the hose connectors that go into the asa and/or inline?
