True enough, but you have to be pretty unlucky for something to be wrong enough to require the whole thing being sent back... I ordered some spares at the same time, which should fix 99% of problems. It would be preferable to deal with a UK supplier for the reason you point out, but MacDev's direct service has been so good in my experience that I don't lose sleep over it.Originally posted by steven09 (Exodus Capt)

They hadn't received any 03 Conquests and weren't sure of a price when I managed spoke to them, but they promised to phone back. 3 unreturned phone calls later, I gave in and boughtit direct. I think the reason 6e hadn't had a shipment was probably due to the bottle issue - the CE standard was just coming in at the time, and presumably MacDev wanted to find a good supplier of CE bottles to ship to the UK pre-fitted to the regs.Did 6e give you any explanation as to why they took so long maybe they where out of stock?
