It wasn't just the marshalls trying to fight the weather, the squeegee boys were trying to keep at least one of the 5 man fields running, we thought we were doing ok until a big f*** off scaffolding tower almost killed people. I must say terrible organisation on the side of the organisers. It really does say something when the squeegee boys jobs were no longer wiping down the bunkers and keeping them inflated but to hold support lines to stop the netting towers collapsing. One comment from the head marshall shall always stay in my head and thats "oh yea by the way if its going to fall make sure you scream and shout" Jesus if only health and safety where there ;)

LosLobos

Hello all,
I'd like to say that these were quite a few days for us, LOS LOBOS.
We took part of Millenium for the first time this year,
just to have a taste of what it's like in M5 and decide for te next year is it good for us or should we play in 7 men. It seems that if we'll manage to keep up with the number of players we'll go to 7 men so don't worry, we probably won't take part in the race for the title in 2007.

As for the tournament:
- our best to every friendly people that we met, Apocalypse, Breakout, LowProfile, Assala and other single players that names I don't remember.
- as for the finals, for us it was the real tournament, eliminations were a bit too lazy and not chellenging (maybe 3 really tough games).
- tactics - i have no idea why anyone can think we play boring, you had to be so bored when taking few hits in the back from the snake runner (me) and taking your way to the dead box :D (a bit of spicy humor), we play in centurio div2, and I can tell you, if you want to win there you can't play like a stupid star, take unecessary risk and hits.
- in my opinion we won with our experience of playing in the finals, stay cool, take your time and kill all you can, but all teams in the finals were great, giving us hard time and 5 minutes of heavy paint rain. we were waiting to chelenge NK for all two days. now we know who's better ;) but seeing you playing was nice, I guess you're the future power and in one maybe 2 years meeting you again in div 2 or 1 finals will be an honor, you had a great chance to win, we took two 50's and no paint in the hoppers of both front players, only two back players had any left, last one was in the dead box, you didn't figure that out and that's what costed you the lose.

summing up, reffing - the best that I've ever experienced, as far as i can tell most of these refs are players of div 1 in centurio.
organisation - generally total mess, bad schedule, falling net and flying bunkers, that was a real drama.
SECURITY - THIS TOURNAMENT WAS NOT SECURED PROPERLY, AS WE WERE ROBBED ON THE FIRST DAY (friday) ON A SECURED PARKING AREA, SAME AS 7 OTHER CARS (WTF). WHAT KIND OF SECURITY IS THAT !!!

overall, thanks for having this nice time, C U soon.
