"If the provisional list of teams is 48+ by the 27th of April then I will plan for 4 fields if not we will be limiting the event to 32 teams.
Deposits need to be paid by the 4th of May.
There will be an additional charge of £35.00 per team for deposit received after this date (this was suggested by you the players)
With a cut off date of Tuesday 13th of May.
Teams with a rolling deposit need to let me know if they are planning to attend by the 4th of May at the latest this will be the cut off date for other wise you will forfit your deposit.
Please bare in mind I have a marquee to book and this is now summer fete and wedding season so it’s impossible to hire huge marquees at the last minuet.
Again teams wishing to Marshal the event please pm or email me if you think you can do a better job."
As far as I know they are 41 teams all wanting to play and a few more have would have liked to play if it were not for player issues.
We Now have our 32 teams plus a list of teams who would like to play if any team drops out. I would have loved to run 4 feilds and if the teams had let me know sooner ie not this week then I would be building 4 feilds next week.
Info packs for the 15th of june 4th leg will be sent out by monday night, I will be posting provitional lists of teams attending too If your team are not on the list please let me know and I will add it.
I have a great set up for 4 feilds and really want to try it.
Divitions should be avalible by monday at the latest. All teams should have recived the team list, rules and maps by now. If not check your email, please let me know if your team has not recived theres.
I have been at the venue again today its' all looking set to be a great event. I have also visited the hotel who have no problem with teams wishing to enjoy the local night life............. staggering distance away. There is also a charming 11 centuary pub next door
