Lube for an Ion

SORTED NOW - Thanks to Henry for his generous offer.

Before people say do a search in the classified's, I have done so already and it brought up a large number of posts of which most were irrelevant.

I'm after lube for the internals of my Ion, looking for Monkey Poo or Hater (but will consider anything else too) I don't have much money so don't offer me a barrel of the stuff for £50 quid, I'm looking at a small tub or tube for under a tenner if possible.

i have a basically new tube of shocker lube? is that any good?

To be honest I'm not sure, don't see it being a problem, but I don't admit to knowing what works and what doesn't. I mentioned hater and monkey poo because I've been told it's the best.
