Depends what gun it is mate...all they are, is a piston, with a spring behind it....behind that is a grub screw....as you wind the spring in, it forces teh piston forward, which allows you to reduce the pressure flowing through teh reg...

What gun? Most Timmy like guns are around 200 psi...cockers 325-450....

kk you guys are kind of confusing me here i think i mean the one which is supposively 175-300.

i think i mean the one on the grip. This gun is a low pressure gun i no that.

all i am trying to get is to understand the purpose of each reg and i often get very confused....FAST lol :(

f more could be done it would be much appreciated.

The simple answer is:

Inline/High presure reg (HPR) is the first reg from your tank. That will be running from 180-300psi depending on your marker. Your HPR feeds the valve which directs air to the barrel - which propells your paint.

Your low pressure reg or LPR takes the output from the HPR and steps it down again (to about 40-90ish depending on setup). The LPR powers your ram/solenoid which opens and closes your valve which makes your marker fire.

EDIT: Note to self: learn to spell

No, LPR always refers to the reg that controls air through the solenoid or cocking mechanism. The inline reg is the reg that governs overall into the gun pressure. If someone is saying otherwise, it is because they are just straight wrong. Technically, an inline can be set for "low pressure" (low is relative to something that is higher, after all, and you can only regulate down :) ), but it isn't a LPR. Now go forth and stamp out this heresy/ silliness/ misconception derived from listening to people talk but not asking enough questions.

Like I said, I usually refer to them as Vert Reg and Front reg or LPR, when referring to Cockers...thing about Cockers, is they generally have 3 regs, and most other gats only have 2!!

Anyway...I dont see what is so difficult...the LPR if in the Fore Grip on your Angel...you have a link to the WDP site...I looked at the manuals for A4 and Speed...both quoted the pressure mentioned above..go have a look...Just make sure, that you run 450 PSI from the reg on the bottle, whether that is from and Adjustable system, or froma 450PSI Preset system.
