Uncapped semi was the most fun - 'specially as I shoot Timmys!
Personally unfussed as to the ROF, as long as it's the same for all. Besides, my board can be set down to 5 ...

I think that Fun/BPS ratio goes like a cosine curve. for example it dips at 20, then goes up for <15 then goes down at 10 then raises at <5

20 stagnates
<15 allows more movement and solid lanes
10 lanes start to become too slow, but people don't move enough
<5 No lanes, so lots of movement and fast games

10.5 is borderline, its slow enough that lanes can still be okay but relatively easy to get through. if it went any lower it would get a bit pointless. equally 15 get a little mental but i suppose it all depends on the size of the field too.
