new bolt, and expansion chamber, anti-syphon tube will fix ya, someone mite have already answered but i didnt feel like reading all the posts

I read somewhere that upgrading the bolt for the tippmann series doesn't really help all that much. Is this true. If I were to upgrade the bolt, would a starfire be the way to go?

I am not familiar with tippmanns, but i know the bolt helped on a spyder..you would have to make another thread about the question

Still didn't help.............................

I received the barrel in time to play Saturday, and it did no good in making the sound more quiet. Is there anything else I can do besides buying a new bolt to make it quietier?

Different barrel to stock, and low pressure internals reduce noise.

do you have a buffer between the plastic back block and the back bolt/hammer? If not, youy need one, that should lose some noise

I'm not sure what a buffer, plastic back block, or a back bolt/hammer. What are they? Is there a site I can go to that will give me more info on those? Or is there some info on them on this site?
