Id suggest saving some money and buying a decent tourney style electronic marker - Even if it is second hand.
Dont make the mistake I did, and buy a custom 98, then on your first walk on get a chance to try out a decent marker!
So much more enjoyable having a lighter, quieter, more effectient, better looking marker.

In fact, both me and my friend ben (and his A5) will be selling our markers shortly.

Oh and nice KTM by the way. 525?

Thank you for your advice, as ex army I would like some weight behind a market as thats what i feel more comfortable with. I looked at that one also bevause i like the thought of starting from scratch and slowly building it up to suit me with the egrip and so on.

What do you have and when would you be selling?

AJ, there are a few of us ex army lads on this board. Hand666 uses a Tippmann A5. I use a Tippmann X7 and a 98custom. As well as some others 'cause I'm ruddy greedy...

As foot said, it's best to try out some other people's markers before splashing your cash out. Not got a prob with you trying my weap's out bud.

Where in Northants are you anyway??
