Just checked on me (am about a 35") and I would say yes, there's tons of room if I set it to it's loosest, and is a hell of alot larger than the Dye C9 pack I had a while back, which only just fit me.
Photo gives an idea of the actual size of it
Pack has been washed a couple of times, but a couple of paint stains that won't come out, other than that in good nick.
