Loctite and elbows?

I've just replced my gas-thru foregrip with an expansion chamber. The foregrip had a 90* elbow loctited ( glued) into it which thus could not be transferred. Do I need to glue the new elbow in place or will it function without?
On a unrelated note, has anyone used a microline kit? What are the benefits?
Thanks

You don't need to replace it unless your elbow is knackered. Most people use locktite to seal joints that very rarely or never get touched, it stops them from un screwing themselves with movement.

I use a micro line to my x-chamber don't know what the benifits are, don't know why I typed this is doesn't help you at all, sorry.

As far as the microline is concerned it really depends on what you're shooting and at what pressure. Small hose = small volume of gas transferred. If you're using microline you need to run a higher than pressure into it than you would with something larger diameter. Should be ok with a stock mag unless you're already having starve-out problems.
