had the same prob with a raced evo on sunday. ended up using an impulse instead as for some reason even lengthing the trigger pull didn't cure it. really annoying as its had over 60K cycles on it and never happened before

the physical limit to the length of the trigger pull depends on the marker. i'm currently playing around with my tippy, and it only moves a hair, although the trigger is a little "sticky" giving me issues with cocking the trigger. blah blah blah.
have a look at some fo the mod'd bushmaster triggers. they hardly move, more like a pressure pad than a switch

Well if it makes you feel any better last month we were playing on a slightly damp Sunday. About midday we were going out for a game when our two guys with shiny e-blades started swearing.....f***ing things wouldn't turn on, for no reason!!
So I've put off ordering my e-blade for a while, just to see what happens!
