Groovy! Then please take my long winded post, as a friendly suggestion (which really it was anyway) and next time, name the intended recipient of of your reply, if it is not a general comment.;)

Oh and you will find, (if you hang around here for a while) that the good Dr, can be taken light heartedly, unless he states otherwise.:)

Ever wished you had never said anything lol. Without knowing people how am I supposed to know how to take them? My sincere thanks to anyone who has attempted to help me. I overreacted to the initial reply, and for that I am truly sorry. i have spent all day with a crying baby and my nerves are a little frayed. Please accept my humble apologies.

So can you help? lol

Heh! I know that feeling. Is it your first child? Mine reduced me to tears on a couple of occasions. I have 4 kids now (two step, one mine, one en route).

Gat...right, well...have you checked that the input pressure from the main air source, isnt't too high?

If its too high to start with, then winding the velocity in, will cause it to over pressure.

Mind you, I am not familiar with the BM2K. A call to Planet would be a good idea.

I explained the problem to the buyer, and he seems happy to take it in its present condition, probably just needs a good clean and greasing! Im a dude, so maybe 50% my work then, not counting the delivery hehe :)

I was mentally working up a reply until I read the last few posts... but apology accepted.

Anyway, the marker... could be one of more than a couple seals if it's the stock HPR, probably just needs a rebuild. Also, you might want to ensure that you have the air input and the guage on their proper sides. Many a person has wanted the guage on the other side and switched them around not realizing that their gas paths are totally different and that doing so can cause serious damage.
