get a pair of plyers and just gently pull them off, then the hosing should just come off easily:) then put the hosing back on, then the little top hats on afterwards. easy as pie.:)

Save time and blood
both are too precious
get you local (?) paintball store to do it
because you are likely to need new top hats and hosing
at the rate you are going.
Remember the barbs are very delicate, so try not to damage them or it will cost you even more.

the other reason to take it to a shop is when i swapped mine the hose wasn't long enough to reach to the other end of the 3-way neatly without being too tight.

no experience of them, but belsales ain't that much further and they are the top boys for this thang:D

been a while since i've used them, best bet is too go to their website. believe it's www.belsales.co.uk or pm dangerousbrian. i've had nothing but top service from them when i've used them in the past and they had a kinda shop front then. they're based in Hampshire at the top, think in farnborough or somewhere near there:p
