hey need a hand with my cocker. Its a 2k2 cocker n i just changed the stock frame for a new WGP hinge frame. However once gassed up it leaks like crazy from some part of the pnuematics, possibly the LPR(difficult to tell cause it like a gale there). i was wonderin if i needed to change some of the hoses around. Any help would be appreciated:confused:

In addition to changing the hoses around, your sear lug and actuating rod will both need to be adjusted. You want the sear to release about half way through the pull, and then you will have to move the actuating rod as necessary to get the pnuematic operation to start when you want it to.

'Cockers aren't like Tippmanns, you can't just drop in upgrades. When you change to a hinge you'll need to reverse your hoses from how they were before (hose from the front of the ram goes to the front of the three way, and hose from the back of the ram goes to the back of the three way. The LPR hose always goes in the middle) and re-time it (reset the actuating rod) it's very likely that that that's the cause of your leak, not your LPR. Your sear lug shouldn't probably need any adjustment, and if it does, it'll be very slight. If you don't know how to do that stuff, have a good tech do it for you.

yeh i'd say the leak is prob from your 3-way as well, i fitted a blade frame onto an old evo and the 3-way leaked badly untill the actuating rod was adjusted. unless you are confident doing this i'd say get someone who is (and can do it) to do it for you

Yeah you need to flip the front and back hoses round, the slide trigger pulls the actuating rod and the hinge frame/blade frame pushes it.

Sears easy de-gas cock, pull the trigger the gun should fire when the actuating rod is set bang on the middle of the groove on the frame so it looks like this (___O___) or if you want a quicker response without buying a fancy electro frame try around here but turn up your LPR pressure (____O__).

You adjust the sear by inserting an allan key in the hole in the top of the body bout an inch or two from the back block or on older models you'll have to remove the frame and do it from the bottom.

stop being a big girly and pull them suckers off :D:D:D

Failing that, boil a kettle and carefully pour some over the hose, take care to keep the water out off the pneu's though!
