My pants arrived, but theres a hole in my a$$ and the string round the ankle to tighten is missing on one leg. Would you be willing to offer a refund especially as one leg will be dragging around and wont last 5 minutes. X
firstly, sorry for the late reply, i have been out of the country since the beginning of the month and haven't had internet access.
Sorry that the trousers are not up to your specification of "used goods". I checked over the trousers when i listed them and before i sent them, and didnt notice any major holes, so i can only imagine its very small and is purely cosmetic. as for the "ankle string" and the trouser leg "dragging around" if you mean the elastic toggles around the ankles- i cut them out of most of my trousers as soon as i got them so i'm surprised there are any at all- much more effective to turn the cuff up (laysick trousers are designed so you can do this) i wore laysick trousers for a season and never had a problem doing this- and I was training almost every weekend, played every cpps event and all of the millenniums in them.
if you still want a refund i will issue one, as soon as i receive the trousers back. i wont refund my postage costs as i listed them accurately; i suggest if you want to buy goods in perfect condition then you buy new from a retailer, for twice or more the price.

No worries. The holes a bit bigger than a finger and right where the stitchings look as if they would join. Im aware of the situation when buying used goods But if i had known there was a hole in the botty and an ankle toggle missing i wouldnt have baught them. I understand that things can be missed when advertising and i shall post them back cheapest way possible with no hard feelings and wait for a reply. How much will you be refunding? X
