When things finally settle down at the beginning of the season next year you guys(PGI) outta print an article about what teams are playing what, whos swithced teams(everybody by the looks of it) whos new on the scene, what new teams there are, etc.

Could that happen?
But no doubt it's in the works already. just make sure Robo doesn't write it. We'll get a para on the all the other players and teams and then 3 pages on Robo's musing on all the Old Skoolers he remembers and what the good old days were like. :)

well it looks likr that karma has had an effect in the last few weeks
i must say this has been long overdue
certain individuls in this sport have very overblown opinion of themselves and have been getting away with all sorts for too long
and it looks like they have really got their just deserts
I hope they have learned some humility and also from their mistakes
as such behaviour can have a terrible effect on the reputation of this great sport of ous
my biggist disapointment was the russian legion not winning
@ campaign cup a shame as they r an outstanding team
but with the new changes to next season maybe their time will now arrive

well signing off 4 now talk to u all later or shoot u off the field
in the near future

Hey Paul,
joking aside, it makes a great subject for debate when we all acknowledge the 'youth' revolution that is overtaking our sport and yet..... Aftershock end up taking the most coveted title in the world for the sixth time and it has within its ranks :-
Danny Love, Todd Adamson, Mikey Bruno, Billy Ceranski, Ronnie Simpkin, Ryan Williams, all of whom were on the team when I was there and Richie Mau Mau who was on All Americans when I played for them back in the day......and Bryon Bennini who played for the original Ironmen (before any split) all the way back to the early 90's.
Makes ya think don't it ?
I mean, it can't all be about youth....can it ?
'Old Skoolers' as you so succinctly put it, rule the world duuuuude, I think I'll make another comeback :)
Hee hee, even my vanity only stretches so far and it's not that far :)

Yep, it makes me think a couple of things. There's no substitute for experience (most of the time) and team stability. The current situation in pball is not unlike pro basketball in some ways--there are an unbelievable number of brilliantly talented players nowadays but the game (pro b-ball) is often boring in large part because too many of the players don't actually know how to play the game because their fundamentals are poor or nonexistent. They know how to do things that are part of the game but don't grasp and don't seem to care to grasp the "big picture" and as a consequence the game suffers.
In the pball arena 'Shock has the benefit of a lot of fundamentally solid players with boatloads of experience to draw on and enough talented youth to spearhead their attack.

C'mon back, Pete, fields are getting shorter. No need to run. ;) And steady pracrtice with the Nexoids will keep you sharp.
