If you are trying to register via the Millennium web site, you can't - it hasn't been updated yet. Registration forms for Toulouse were sent out via email. If you didn't get yours, contact Paula: paula@millennium-series.com

Which is actually kinda weird - isn´t it? So only teams that played last year OR that the millennium series by any chance have mail addresses on can register for now - what about new teams?
