Nah James, but what you could do is try this:

Goto Start
Run
Type "Msconfig" without the speech marks
go along to the Startup tab
And look in the list for something like Windows Explorer, and in the Command line it might have the path of the System32 directory.

Untick the box on that entry, and restart and that might fix it.
If you can't see something that doesnt obviously relate to Windows Explorer, dont start unticking random things.

HiJackThis will also show you what runs on startup, but its not a good idea to play around in HiJackThis unless you know exactly what to look for.

Go on then, while I'm here, who else has got something broked? lol.

Then its a case for HiJackThis. Download it and have a look in there, find what you think it is, and screenshot it and post it up here.
Best to get some approval on removing it before you go and remove it, just incase its the wrong one and something cocks up
