Laptop Querie???

Hi all
As its the weekend I thought I would see if I can get any help on here as I know some of you are computer buffs.
Everytime I start my laptop I keep getting this message box coming up saying a DLL was located in memory and I shoul contact the vendor for a new DLL
Yhere is a pic below but you cant really see what it says. I can write it all out if need be.
Anyone have any ideas???
Cheers guys

Its caused by a virus, we got alot of calls about that.

Come 2 oclock on April the 3rd I think it was, the phones just went MENTAL.

http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/programs.php

Download HiJackThis, and run it
About 10-15 entries down, you will find a run command for the "missing" DLL, just remove that entry, and reboot.
Do NOT remove anything else you see in there, otherwise you can start cocking alot of things up.

Its not a serious virus, seems to be caused by Aprilfool[1].exe, some Proxy Trojan.
Seems all customers got the .DLL error
Some lost their internet connection because of it
Some people had their PC's slow right down.

Do what I said above and you're sorted.

LOL!
Cheers mate
This is what it says anyway. God forbid people thinking I am lazy!!!:p

in the title box it says
RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal system DLL Relocation

And underneath
The system DLL user 32. dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:WINDOWS32\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address reserved for windows DLLs. The vendor should be contacted for a new DLL

Cheers guys I will give it a go:)
