Because of the limited paint format we need fields that encourage movement not a paint slinging match, this means tall bunkers in the middle and lots of them! But don't forget a couple of big, upright coke cans at the back for us fat old lardy boys

Centre flag is the best format to encourage aggressive play.

The Hyperball field is fun at Nottingham but I think its too big for ltd paint games.

Each team should play a minimum of 8 games (preferably 9/10), some teams have to travel a long way to get to these tourney's, teams won't travel if they only get to play 6/7 games.

Seeded divisions would be better because there are some teams playing that now have a lot more experience than when the series started whilst some are still relatively new.

The dancing girls also sound a good idea

Sorry Roland, I disagree with the seeding thing. Any team that is classified as a novice team (with no non-novice guests) should be treated equally. I take your point that some teams have seen a lot more ball this year than others, but we saw Spank whomp the first round, then Angels took Div B by suprise on the 2nd. They lost their crown to Freestyle in Round 3, this is not a walkover by 1 team. I say get everyone in a big group, let them fight it out for the number 1 spot this round.

EDIT : Looked at the games, and Quayler has quite rightly pointed out that 13 /14 teams in one div at this time of the year will probably be a non starter due to daylight. We are revising our ideas, stay tuned for more Epoch rants coming soon.

Just a note that the divs A and B shown above would be the final standings for these divs after everyone had played all their divisional games (all 6 of them) in case it wasn't clear to some.

And yes, i did't have anything better to do at work today

I know I came up with the idea for one big league but after some calculations I worked it out to be 91 games if 14 teams turned up.... that would mean 7.5 games per hour and would take 6 hours to complete over 2 fields with 8min games and no breaks and not including a final...Not really possible with it getting dark around 4:30 me thinks!!!
