like i said i think they are XL they might be bigger as there is no tags in them give me a size to work on round your leg & i see what i can do but if you want to try them i can post them to you & you can pay me later...sorry guys needs to be XXL as i wear a support thingy on my knee.
best way to stretch pads is to wet them, and them push a pillow or blanket in there to make them bigger.
